On July 4, 2012, AUTOMUSEUM PROTOTYP invited to a special evening event. The former Formula 1 and sports car driver Jacky Ickx presented his new book “Jacky Ickx – Die autorisierte Biografie von Pierre Van Vliet” (Delius Klasing Verlag, 240 pages, 61 photographs (in color) 91 photos (b / w), € 39,90).
This book documents the colorful history of this exceptional pilot – from the beginning to the end of his career. Reminiscences in the form of text and large pictures are showing the rapid Belgian in motor sports as well as in his life.
Jacky Ickx himself talked about the very special moments in his racing life. After the presentation, the guests could purchase the book and let it sign by the sympathetic champion.
