The historic factory building – carefully renovated with great attention to detail and listed as a historical monument since 2004 – uniquely combines tradition and modernity. Top-class factory-loft ambience (room height 4.50 m) including an outdoor area (access via the inner courtyard) and classy terrazzo style flooring, accommodating up to 750 people (or up to 1400 persons if combined with MAIN LOFT North)
STUDIO LOFT SOUTH
Located on the 4th floor, this attractive loft offers several separate rooms for workshops and meetings, accommodating up to 140 persons
PROTOTYP Lounge
The vaulted lounge accommodates up to 200 persons and includes an already installed professional bar counter and a small terrace area
TRIPS-TURMZIMMER
Inspired by famous German race driver Count Trips, this event space is ideal for meetings and workshops for small groups up to 18 persons
