Yes, on request we send out vouchers to you by mail. For this we charge a one-time fee of 3, – € for delivery within Germany. Please send an e-mail to order the tickets.
Yes, you can pay everything by card, except items of the museum café where we accept only cash.
Yes, there are discounts for the owners of the Hamburg Card and the Budni card.
We also offer a family card for max. 2 adults and 3 children (4-14 years) for the price of 22, – €. For groups of 15 or more there is a reduction of € 1,50 per person.
Free entry is granted for the accompanying person of a severely handicapped person provided that this is medically needed and noted in the disabled pass.
Due to official regulations the museum is cloed from November 02 to 30, 2020. Regular opening hours: Tue to Sun 10:00-18:00 (last admission 17:30). Since the 15.th May we are open again! Distance and hygiene guidelines: Please keep a distance of 1. 5 m to other people (even in the elevator). We recommend wearing a mouth-nose protection. Please go to the cash desk individually and pay by card if possible. Please disinfect your hands at the stations provided. In the event of symptoms of acute respiratory disease, the museum must not be entered.
