January 2012 – Right at the beginning of the new year – from January 21, 2012 on – we have enhanced our permanent exhibition. Under the title “Wolfgang Graf Berghe von Trips. Ritter der Rennstrecke”, we remember of German racing driver Count Trips as the first German Grand Prix winner in Formula One. Stories tell of his successes and defeates as well as his role model function in German racing after World War II. Count Trips’ original De Tomaso Formula car, racing utensils, photographs from the 1950s and 60s, rare films as well as the reconstruction of one part of his home office enable the visitors to get very personal insights.
