2. How you can use our services

“For ticket sales on our website, we use the bookingkit widget.

bookingkit has carried out an external accessibility audit and follows the WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Critical and high-priority barriers are actively being remedied in order to make the platform as accessible as possible. The system supports, for example, screen readers, keyboard navigation and text enlargement up to 200%. The aim is inclusive use for all users, including those using assistive technologies.”

How to buy tickets online:

  1. Go to the “Tickets” page.
  2. Confirm the activation of the embedded ticketing system. In doing so, data is transmitted to the ticketing service provider.
  3. Select the date, ticket type and quantity.
  4. Enter your contact details and complete the payment.
  5. You will receive your tickets by email in PDF format

Alternatively, you can purchase tickets without booking online:

  • on site at the museum ticket desk (Tuesday to Sunday 10 am to 6 pm, last admission 5:30 pm)

If you have any questions about using our services, we will be happy to help you personally (see section 6).

3. Status of compliance with the requirements

Our goal is to meet the requirements of the BFSG in accordance with the standard EN 301 549 (corresponds to WCAG 2.1, Level AA).

This website is partially compliant with the requirements. The reasons are listed in section 4.

The assessment is based on a self-assessment dated 13 October 2026.
