“PROBEN” (“SAMPLES”) was an unusual special exhibition of 19 land vehicles and watercrafts designed and implemented by students of the Academy of Fine Arts in Hamburg between 1983 and 2009.

Almost all vehicles were operational. Many of them were highly specialized and were used only once for a record attempt or a competition.
